PLEASE NOTE: The Version 2.1 upgrade consists of 2 files – the System Files and the Kernel. It is important to upload both files before rebooting the device. There will be a pop up after the first file is uploaded to the system. Please select “Reboot Later” and proceed with uploading the second file. Interrupting the upgrade by rebooting between uploads will result in a non-responsive user interface and will require using the rescue procedure. Please refer to the Release Notes, Upgrade Procedure section for further information.
