Polycom Content Access Program (PCAP)

PCAP is designed for new Polycom customers or customers who seldom connect with content providers to experience the power of this educational tool. Polycom will provide a virtual field trip to jump start your video conferencing experience.

Receive the many valued benefits of the Polycom Content Access Program by taking the following steps:

1. Only Polycom customers that are educational entities including colleges, technical schools, universities, primary and secondary schools, medical schools, libraries, and non-profit entities who provide education/training qualify. Sales to non-educational entities, Polycom Channel Partners and/or employees or family members do not qualify. (This program is valid internationally).
2. Qualified educational institutions begin by selecting a program that meets your curriculum needs by viewing the Content Provider List above.
3. Qualified educational institutions then work with a Polycom Accounts Manager to understand full PCAP details and complete the Polycom Content Access Program Application.
4. This program is available exclusively to Polycom customers.
5. This program effective date is October 1, 2009.

The terms and conditions (“Terms”) for these educational services (“Services”) are listed below. If you submit an application for the Services or utilize the Services, you expressly agree with the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not submit an application or utilize the Services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If you advise Polycom of a problem with the Services, Polycom will make commercially reasonable efforts to work with the provider to remedy the problem. All information (including all content) you receive through your use of the Services is the sole responsibility of the provider. Polycom does not represent or warrant that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, or (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely or free from error, or (iii) the information obtained as a result of the Services will be accurate or reliable. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE.” POLYCOM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. POLYCOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING.
