Other insights into specific sectors listed include:

•  Education sector shows that three-quarters of the teachers surveyed (77%) think that more investment in video conferencing would benefit their students and improve their education, citing the increased motivation and engagement with subject matter that video conferencing encourages.
• The use of business travel is shrinking, as well as executives’ dissatisfaction with the current travel-intensive model of conducting business meetings.
