Tracey Newell

Tracey Newell joined Polycom in July 2011 as Executive Vice President of Global Sales, responsible for leading global sales operations and execution, and accelerating the company's growth in the unified communications (UC) market. Ms. Newell brings to Polycom a proven track record in sales leadership, operational excellence and global sales execution, with more than 20 years at leading companies including Juniper Networks and Cisco Systems. Throughout her career, she has focused on networking, software, and cloud services, all areas of strategic importance to Polycom. In addition, Ms. Newell brings diverse experience leading teams across enterprise, commercial, vertical, public sector, and SMB markets.

Most recently, Ms. Newell was SVP of Worldwide General Business Sales at Juniper Networks, responsible for increasing reach and share in the enterprise and mid-market. Prior to Juniper, Ms. Newell held several sales leadership positions at Cisco, including running worldwide sales for WebEx.

Ms. Newell holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2007, she was recognized in Diversity Journal's annual "Women Worth Watching" profiles.
