Rob Hornish joined Polycom in 2012, and is responsible for driving customer success, profitable growth, and strengthening our go-to-market strategy in the Americas. He is a passionate and energetic leader with more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development.
Previously at Polycom, he has held leadership roles including Director of Sales and Vice President of Enterprise Sales West before becoming the Americas Sales President in October 2016.
Rob has a proven track record of building and developing top performing teams. In his career, Rob served at Cisco Systems for 12 years in various management roles. His primary focus there was driving Cisco’s routing business revenues with SBC and AT&T. Rob also served in sales development, inside sales, and account executive roles at Cabletron Systems.
Rob holds a bachelor of science in Veterinary Medicine from the University of New Hampshire and an Executive Finance Certificate from Harvard Business School.
