Navin Mehta drives the global strategy and execution of Polycom's growing portfolio of Support, Professional and Managed Services. Under Navin's leadership, the Services team helps customers succeed by acting as a partner and trusted advisor working with the customer through the entire lifecycle of business needs analysis, planning, design, deployment, maintenance, support, adoption and optimization.
Since joining Polycom in 2011, Navin has institutionalized best-in-class practices for enhanced operational efficiencies and forged strong cross functional ties with Sales, Engineering and Marketing functions to ensure outstanding customer services combined with ease of doing business.
Polycom's Services organization helps customers develop and deliver cost-effective solutions, meeting business and technology objectives. Our service professionals bring a holistic view and extensive capabilities for optimized, seamless and integrated delivery as well as ongoing support and analytics to drive adoption and utilization.
Prior to Polycom Navin served in executive positions at Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks and Nortel Networks.
Navin has a Master's of Business Administration in finance and international marketing from Boston University and a bachelor of laws in labor and company law from Delhi University.
